The Challenge

Coaching is built on trust, and trust is hard to communicate in a few seconds online. Segenet Tadese needed a digital home for The Identity After that did two things at once: present a coaching practice in leadership and change management with genuine authority, and turn the right visitors into conversations.

The brief was clear. No template that looks like every other coaching site. A presence that feels considered, personal, and premium, while making it effortless for a prospective client to understand the offering and reach out.

Our Approach

We started with positioning. Before a single screen was designed, we worked to articulate what makes The Identity After distinct, the philosophy behind the practice, the kind of leader it serves, and the transformation it offers. That clarity became the backbone of the messaging and the structure of the site.

From there we designed and built the site from scratch: a calm, confident visual language, typography that carries weight, and a layout that guides the visitor naturally from understanding to action.
